Client Care Manager Package
Who is the Client Care Manager Package most suitable for?
This CC Manager Package is recommended for a client to whom you provided a Statement of
Advice that included superannuation and/or retirement planning, and if applicable, personal life
risk insurance, but did not include any other financial service or financial product advice.
The specialist components of this CCP include the Financial Directions Report and the Retirement
Health Check Report.
The FDR is emailed as a ‘flipbook’ and posted to your client every two years. It delivers a structured
client update process that allows you to determine if there is a need for a full financial review that
could result in additional financial advice and services.
The RHCR is emailed to the client in the month of their birthday as a ‘flipbook’ and posted to your
client and consists of a highly-personalised report about the progress of their superannuation, ABP
or TTR in achieving their retirement income objectives.
The Advice Matters Magazine and Financial Insights & Updates serve as excellent reminders
of your services and ability to provide them with relevant financial advice and information.
